Recapping of what went on the past week in Tokyo, Japan!

On August 31st, I met my whole team and we instantly clicked and I’m proud to say they are my family! We met our host family on Tuesday night after our 11 hour flight from LA! They were super sweet and welcoming!

How my training camp schedule went, leave at 8:30 for the church, Worship would be at 10, then afterwards a teaching and activation. After a break we would have lunch and then get 2 to 3 hours of free time. During that I would walk around with my squad, go to cafes, do laundry and way too many 7/11 runs. We would meet back together for team building, dinner, and then more teaching! Ending every night we would do worship!

The Lord is constantly reminding me of how faithful He is and to rest on Him. I’m very blessed to be at ease here. This feels like home, but even better! One amazing thing we did was washing our leaders feet. And that was so, so holy. I will forever carry that memory with me.

Our main form of ministry in Japan is street evangelizing. I wouldn’t say it’s easy, because it’s so different with the culture, and Japan is only 1% Christian. This culture has a small understanding of who Jesus is, but they don't understand the fullness of Him, and most of them have never seen the fullness of the Lord and all He can do. BUT the Lord has His hand on it! Please be praying for open hearts here in Tokyo, that when we would talk, the Holy Spirit would move in! As well as an overflowing of boldness for these next couple of weeks!
